Guided tour of Ayodhya with local help

Coming from another city, state or country? Tell us when you are arriving and who is travelling. Our team will help you plan darshan, arrange a local guide who knows the stories behind each place, and make the day easy for elders and children.

What a guided visit covers

  • A day plan in the right order: Hanuman Garhi first by tradition, then Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir, Kanak Bhawan, Dashrath Mahal and the Saryu aarti in the evening.
  • The story and the reasoning behind each place, told in Hindi or English, and in other Indian languages when a suitable guide is available.
  • Help for elders and differently-abled visitors: wheelchair points, shorter walking routes, resting places and drinking water.
  • Local transport at agreed fares, and guidance on lockers, footwear stands, prasad and what cannot be carried inside.
  • A safety briefing: meeting point, emergency numbers, and what to do if someone gets separated in the crowd.

How it works

Send the form. A member of our team calls you back to understand your needs and tells you the guide's name, language and charges before anything is confirmed. You pay only what is agreed in that call. Darshan itself is always free; no guide or agent can sell entry or a place in the queue.
